Brandy
She may or may not be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, but singer/actress Brandy has been hit with a $50 million lawsuit by the family of the woman killed last month in the freeway accident she allegedly triggered. According to police, Brandy's SUV was going around 65 mph when she rear-ended the woman's car, which slammed into the rear of another vehicle, skidded toward the center divider and was struck by another vehicle. The California Highway Patrol has recommended that charges be filed against Brandy, but black civil rights leaders in Los Angeles are playing the race card and saying that they're making her "a political trophy." Najee Ali, leader of Project Islamic HOPE, said the CHP's recommendation to file charges against the singer "is unfairly targeting her for prosecution because of her celebrity."

Paris Hilton
As expected, Paris Hilton is suing the owner of the website ParisExposed.com where visitors can pay to view nude photos and other items that formerly belonged to her. The items were kept at a storage facility and when the bill wasn't paid, the items were sold at an auction. Hilton's suit calls the website "one of the most reprehensible invasions of privacy of a celebrity" and it seeks to shut the site down on the grounds that it could be used by people to steal her identity, or even worse, to harass or stalk her. If Paris should win any money in the lawsuit, perhaps she'll donate it to her favorite charity, whatever it is. Paris is on the lookout for a charity to support after a friend sent her an IM suggesting she should use her name for good. Paris messaged back that she had never done that and asked how to go about doing so. For the record, Hilton's rep says: "Paris is by nature a philanthropic person. She has made contributions to a number of charities."

Britney Spears
Hopefully, this won't spoil any sort of surprise for Britney Spears on Valentine's Day, but her new boyfriend was spotted shopping for her. Model Isaac Cohen was seen at the upscale La Bra Lingerie store. He left with a $358 black silk La Perla tuxedo shirt and seven pairs of panties, presumably for Britney.

Daniel Radcliffe
17-year-old Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has been spotted showing off a magic wand of a different kind. Daniel is rehearsing for his upcoming debut on London's West End stage in a revival of the controversial play Equus and wardrobe isn't playing a big role. Radcliffe has a nude sex scene with actress Joanna Christie. Before he took to the stage, Daniel spent seven hours a week in the gym getting buffed up. The producer says that although Daniel was 'a little hesitant and shy' at first, he has overcome his embarrassment. As you might guess, many parents aren't happy about it, considering children will be allowed to attend the play and because he's become a role model to the younger set.

Diddy
When he's not out partying all night with his 'friend' Sienna Miller, you might find Diddy at the Scores West strip club. Diddy and two J.Lo look-alikes were seen going into one of the club's private rooms, along with two Scores dancers to entertain the threesome, as his bodyguards stand watch outside the door. Alas, when it came time to tip the dancers, Diddy supposedly patted his pockets, claiming he didn't have any money left.

Kristanna Loken
Terminator 3 babe Kristanna Loken plays on both teams and is planning to become a mom. She's been romantically linked with former Lost star Michelle Rodriguez and already has an unidentified sperm donor who has offered to father the child. Kristanna says, "I would definitely like to have a family, and whether that's with a man or a woman doesn't really matter to me. I've already got my friend who's going to be the donor, so that's taken care of. Just give me a few years and we'll go from there."

Anna Belknap
It's a girl for CSI: NY star Anna Belknap and her actor husband Eric Siegel. The baby, whose name wasn't given, is the first child for the couple and was born on January 14th in Los Angeles. If you can't place the name, Anna plays Detective Lindsay Monroe on the series.

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty
Does the couple that dry out together, stay together? British tabloids report that Kate Moss and her rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty have checked into a London clinic together to help him kick the drug habit. They were photographed Monday arriving at the Capio Nightingale Hospital in north London, which specializes in helping patients overcome drug dependency. A source tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "They arrived together and they will be supporting each other."

Stephen Colbert
March 20th will be Stephen Colbert Day in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. That's Mayor John Gray's birthday and he lost a bet with Colbert on a hockey game. In recent months, Colbert has been rooting for the Saginaw Spirit after finding out the team had named its mascot Steagle Colbeagle the Eagle as a tribute to him. On Friday night, the Spirit beat the Oshawa Generals 5-4 and Gray has to pay up. Had the Generals won, Colbert would've had to wear an Oshawa jersey on his show.
