Anna Nicole Smith
Still awaiting a grave to spin in is Anna Nicole Smith. Three appeals court judges in Florida will listen to oral arguments from lawyers today before deciding who gets the body and where she'll be buried. Meanwhile, the official battle over guardianship of Anna Nicole's daughter, Dannielynn, will have to wait until next month in the Bahamas. However, behind the scenes negotiations are going on between Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead. As you might guess, despite denials, it's more about money than Dannielynn. Word is that Stern has let Birkhead spend time with the baby and Larry says that she looks just like him. The buzz is that Stern is willing to make things easy for Birkhead if the price is right. Stern wants the Bahamian house Anna Nicole bought, which is not the mansion they fought that developer over, and the boat she purchased just before her death. Stern has also made other financial demands.

Anna Nicole Smith
If you'd like to own a piece of pop culture history and you have deep pockets, the Bahamian oceanfront estate where Anna Nicole Smith lived is on the market. South Carolina real estate mogul G. Ben Thompson bought it for $950,000 last October, but the price tag now, thanks to its notoriety, is considerably higher. While Howard K. Stern believes the property is worth $10 million, no word on an official price as of yet.

Britney Spears
The word from rehab is that Britney Spears' troubles may not be so much from substance abuse, but post-partum depression. Doctors thing she either suffers from post-partum depression or bipolar disorder. They seem to think Britney was just drinking to cope and she's currently reading Brooke Shields' book, "Down Came the Rain," in which she talks about her battle with post-partum depression. Meanwhile, Britney's rehab is going to cost a lot more than first thought. Instead of one room, Britney booked an entire wing for herself at the Promises center so she can have a little privacy. Among her visitors has been actor Daniel Baldwin, who kicked a cocaine habit of his own. Baldwin told the TV show "Extra" that Britney seemed "a little fearful about her situation."

Paris Hilton
Here's a little follow up on Paris Hilton's birthday party at her Los Angeles home. One guest blabs that Paris has her home decorated with wall to wall pictures of herself and a stripper pole in her living room. Among the guests was Jackass' Steve-O, who was walking around with a release in his pocket. It turns out that Paris is in one of his videos and he wanted her permission to use the footage. Incidentally, she signed it on the stripper pole platform using her Sidekick as a light, so brace yourself for another Paris video of some sort.

Eddie Murphy
Did Eddie Murphy get ticked off and storm out of the Oscars after he lost? After the Best Supporting Actor award went to Alan Arkin and not him, Eddie did get up and leave. However, his rep says Eddie had always planned on leaving after his category was announced to spend the rest of the evening with his family and did the same thing following the Golden Globes, where he won.

Foxy Brown
Brushing aside personal responsibility, rapper Foxy Brown now says that she was the victim when she was arrested at a Florida beauty supply store after allegedly assaulting an employee. Foxy says police dragged her half-naked out of the store's restroom and apparently forgetting those past assault charges said, "The only crime I'm guilty of is being a young black woman." A surveillance video shows that Foxy left the restroom door open the entire time. She was charged with resisting an officer and simple battery and may have violated her probation.

Naomi Campbell
Supermodel Naomi Campbell now says she regrets losing her temper and beaning her maid with a cell phone. Naomi told the TV show Extra, "I have a deep sense of shame for the things I've done." Naomi blamed it on "tiredness, lack of sleep (and) just so many things." Naomi went on to say, "I was being really destructive to myself. I didn't know how to reach out. It was a really scary time." During her court appearance, Naomi admitted throwing the phone, but said she didn't intend to hit her maid. Campbell has been in daily therapy and is extolling the virtues of the healing powers of crystals.

Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner
Did Heather Locklear dump David Spade for her "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner? They stunned guests at a Beverly Hills Hotel pre-Oscar party when they showed up holding hands. Spies say they stayed close to each other during the party and they even left hand-in-hand.

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams
Is there trouble in paradise for Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams? Spies say they had a huge fight and they're not speaking, although another source says things thawed out a bit last weekend.

Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts
It's been one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood lately, but Liev Schreiber has confirmed he and girlfriend Naomi Watts are expecting their first child together. Rumors had been swirling before Naomi showed up on the Oscars red carpet looking pregnant. Schreiber was on Conan O'Brien this week when he confirmed the news. When asked if they would name it Liev Jr., Schreiber said, "No, it's a terrible name. It's probably the most mispronounced name in all of show business. It's bad enough that I have gone through that for 15 years."

Jody "Babydol" Gibson and Bruce Willis
That other Hollywood madam, Jody "Babydol" Gibson, has written a book and she's naming names on her client list. Some two dozen celebrities made the pages of her autobiography, among them Bruce Willis and Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones. Willis denied using the service with his rep saying he doesn't know the woman, while Jones conceded "it's possible" he was a customer.

Simon Cowell
American Idol judge Simon Cowell got a taste of his own medicine recently. The National Enquirer's Mike Walker reports Simon was trying to parallel park his Jaguar in Hollywood when a bunch of high school guys spotted him. They started critiquing his technique, yelling stuff like: "Hey, Simon, what on earth were you thinking?...Who told you that you could drive?...It's painful to watch you do this!...You've got to be the worst driver I've ever seen!" He finally took off after one kid hollered: "Sorry, Simon...it's a NO for me!

David Cassidy
Partridge Family fans may want to pick up a copy of David Cassidy's new autobiography called "Could It Be Forever." Highlights include stories of his drug use, his infatuation with Meredith Baxter, a romp with Barbara the Butter Queen who was known for covering her sex partners with butter, and an encounter with screen legend Gina Lollobrigida. Cassidy writes, "I've always been very comfortable with my sexuality and my brothers call me 'Donk' — as in Donkey. People have talked about me being 'blessed' in my physique. The first time [I met Gina Lollobrigida] she looked me up and down and said: 'I hear you're a monster. I want to meet the monster.' Well, I decided that if I had it, there wasn't any point in just keeping it in the holster all the time." The book comes out next week in Britain, although there's no American publishing deal yet. If you want the book, you'll have to find it online.

Michael Jackson
There's no new word on that rumored Jackson family reunion tour, but Michael Jackson's rep says he is "reviewing and evaluating" proposals for his future, including several offers to perform in Las Vegas. They say Michael is in no hurry to make a decision and the statement was released to shoot down a number of false rumors, including one that none of the Vegas casinos wanted to work with him. They say you can also forget those rumors about Michael being on American Idol.
